Meet Our Team

Adam Macleoud
Managing Director

Adam MacLeod

Adam co-founded HAZ back in 2007 with now retired business partner Paul Drew. Having already spent the previous 10 years project managing Data Centre builds, it was clear what the industry needed: A no-nonsense delivery specialist that takes ownership of projects and understands the intricacies of the DC world. Someone focused on driving the schedule, high-standards, and operator/tenants needs.

We have and continue to partner with Data Centre operators across the globe and integrate into their teams successfully. Delivering their facilities from Guam to Ghent and from Singapore to Slough! We are about quality over quantity and are proud to have been contributing to the industry for the last 18 years, with HAZ being the original DC focused delivery consultants.

Adam is the proud father of two fabulous boys, Hamish and Herbie, and when he is not running around after them, or running the business, he loves participating in any sport that doesn’t involve too much co-ordination! In particular open-water swimming, endurance running and competing in Triathlon races around Europe.
